RETURNS
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item unused, in it's original condition, and in the original packing.
HOW TO RETURN
Please contact us at cynicartstudio.gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom or personalised order cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged and faulty.
